FOR COMPANIES

Applicants who showed the work. Already practicing for the AI bar.

AI is changing the bar. Dilly helps people build the skills and proof to meet it. If you hire through a recruiter or agency, your roles can live on that same rail. Inbound is evidence they practiced and toggled on, not spray-and-pray.

You see the work, not a vibe

The Dilly profile is an evidence store. Apply sends only what the candidate toggled on. Off never reaches the recruiter. You are looking at the skill they practiced and the proof they attached, not a résumé claim and not a match percentage.

AI literacy is the loop, not a course

People on Dilly explore roles, see what those roles ask for, practice one skill, and prove it. That is the product. People who apply through Dilly have been in that loop. Hiring through Dilly means you are reading candidates already building for the AI bar. Not people who bought a certificate. Not an AI course mill.

Your name stays on the job

Candidates apply to a specific company through the recruiter. They see who they are applying to. This is not a confidential-job product that hides you. If your recruiter shows their profile on the post, candidates also see who is running the search.

Proof, not a match score

Dilly does not grade people with a hireability percentage. The recruiter's desk shows what the candidate submitted from their profile. That is the items they toggled on, and a brief of what that evidence covers for this role, plus where evidence is missing. You can argue from the work, not a number we invented.

Your recruiter works the desk

The hire desk is theirs: inbox, published roles, new role. They get email when someone applies. They can ask the candidate for an update; that update lands in the candidate's iOS app. If someone is also a fit for another role that same recruiter owns, the desk says so.

Company accounts on this site are not a separate self-serve ATS. You go on Dilly with the recruiter who is running your search. How that desk works.

Visa-sponsoring roles

If a role sponsors a visa, the recruiter can tag it. Those jobs appear on the visa desk at apply.hellodilly.com/visas so candidates looking for sponsorship are not hunting the full list by hand.

What we will not sell you

We will not quote a fake inventory of live jobs, customer logos we do not have, or a probability that someone gets hired. We will not pitch Dilly as a clone of LinkedIn Recruiter. The product is smaller and more specific: recruiter-backed roles, applications with evidence, a desk that reads them.

Recruiter signup is for the recruiter running the search, not for candidates.
