HOW IT WORKS
They practiced a skill, proved it, and sent only what they toggled on.
AI is changing the bar. Dilly helps people build the skills and proof to meet it. The loop for people looking for work is explore roles, see what they ask for, practice one skill, prove it. This site is the other side of that loop: you read the evidence. They have already been practicing for the AI bar.
01
A recruiter posts a role
The job is recruiter-backed: a real company, a real search. The company name is on the posting. The recruiter can show their name and photo so candidates know who they are applying through.
02
A candidate applies with proof from their profile
They apply to that job (Apply to [Company] through the agency) on apply.hellodilly.com or in the iOS app. The profile is an evidence store. What gets sent is the evidence they toggled on. The skill they practiced. The work they proved. Toggled-off items never appear. Dilly does not invent skills, jobs, or proof.
03
The recruiter gets email. The inbox gets a row.
New apply: email to the recruiter. Open the application and a brief is written for this job. Who they are, what they can prove, what evidence is missing. If they also fit another published role that same recruiter owns, the desk says so.
04
Next step lives in the product
Ask for an update. Move status. The candidate sees those updates in the iOS app, not a parallel email thread. The recruiter stays on the desk.
Two doors. Do not mix them.
- Recruiters
- Sign up here with password and a required photo. Sign in at /login. The hire desk is /dashboard. Inbox, jobs, new role.
- Candidates
- apply.hellodilly.com. Email code, Apple, or Google. No password. Visa-sponsoring roles: apply.hellodilly.com/visas. The iOS app is where they keep the profile and see updates after they apply.
Privacy that is actually enforced
Each profile item has a toggle for use in applications. Off means it never enters what the recruiter sees. Not the inbox, not the brief, not also good for. Gaps are said as evidence missing.
