FOR RECRUITERS
Open the inbox. See what they proved.
If you place people, independently or through an agency, Dilly is where you post the job and read the work behind the apply. The candidate practiced a skill and proved it. You get the evidence they toggled on. The company name stays on the posting. Candidates apply to that company through you.
You see the work, not a vibe
Most inbound is a résumé claim. Dilly's profile is an evidence store. Apply sends only items they toggled on. Off never reaches you. When they apply here, you are not guessing from a line of copy. You are reading the proof they chose to include.
They have already been in the loop
AI is changing the bar. The consumer app exists so people can meet it. They explore roles, see what those roles ask for, practice one skill, and prove it. People who apply through Dilly have been in that loop. That is how they become AI-literate. Not by buying a certificate. Not by finishing an AI course library.
Post a role the candidate can name
Title, company, what the job asks for. Optional: show your name and photo on the post so they know who they are writing to. This is not a confidential-job hide product. The company stays visible.
Read the inbox, not a folder
Each application opens with a short brief: who they are, what they can prove for this job, and where evidence is missing. You also see if they look right for another published role you own, your book, not everyone else's.
Ask for more without leaving the product
Request an update. Change status. The candidate sees that in the iOS app. You get email when someone new applies. They do not get a parallel email thread for every desk action.
Visa-sponsoring roles, tagged on purpose
If the job sponsors a visa, tag it. Those roles surface on the visa desk at apply.hellodilly.com/visas. Untagged jobs stay off that list.
Signup is for recruiters
Create an account with your name, work email, password, and a required photo. Candidates should not sign up here. Their door is apply.hellodilly.com and the iOS app. Email code, Apple, or Google. No password on that side.
What we will not claim
Dilly is not a sourced marketplace of millions of candidates. Placement and commission on the same platform is a conversation, not a shipped product. The desk you get today is inbox, jobs, a new role, and the brief on open.
